Exchange and Returns

We will accept and process your exchange or return within 14 days of delivery. 

A product may be exchanged if it is sent back

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • With original tags and packaging intact
  • Free of stains, odours, animal hair, and damage.

We recommend trying on all garments for fit before removing labels/tags and washing. We cannot exchange or return any garments that have been washed.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Lily Loves is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking to protect your return. No exchange or return form is necessary; simply email our support team with your order number and the size you’d like to exchange for, so that we can reserve your garment if it is returned in a suitable condition.

Any order placed within the context of a sale, or marked Final Sale (including all products bought during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day sales) are ineligible for refund or exchange. Other discount codes may be eligible for exchange or refund and will be determined at our discretion. Please reach out to us as shop@lilyloves.co.za if you have any queries.
